The palm of the propodus of the second gnathopod suggests it to be Orchestia mediterranea (male) with illustration errors in antenna sizes. Identification using Lincoln (1979). Additional information: Baster describes that this animal lives in between Fucus algae and has the ability to hop by flexing its back.
